The Snail Tools Single Flute End Mill features a state-of-the-art Rainbow PVD Coating (typically a specialized TiAlN or similar), which imparts extreme surface hardness and excellent lubricity. This coating dramatically improves heat resistance and prevents material adhesion (chip re-welding), making it ideal for high-speed machining (HSM) of sticky materials like aluminum, copper, brass, and engineering plastics. The single-flute geometry ensures maximum chip evacuation, while the 6 mm diameter provides precise performance. Constructed from Solid Carbide, this cutter is designed for demanding CNC routing and milling applications across Ontario and the GTA.
