The Economic Stretch Wrapping Machine, also known as the E-Wrap 1000A, is the new ISG PACK machine with best value for money on the market. It is a semiautomatic stretch wrapper suitable for all the standard applications thanks to 6 working programs. This Economic Stretch Wrapping Machine has an integrated pc board that gives alarm and error signals during the wrapping cycles (on a touch screen 7.2’’). Moreover, there is a luminous system at the top of the column that informs the operators if the Economic Stretch Wrapping Machine is working, in home position or in error/emergency.

What is special about our Economic Stretch Wrapping Machine 

The rotating turntable of the Economic Stretch Wrapping Machine has a diameter of 1500 mm and a maximum loading capacity of 1500Kg. The table rotation is activated by a driving chain and controlled by a magnetic sensor which verifies the number of rounds, the slowdown times and the home position of the table at the end of the working cycle. The standard column allows to wrap pallets up to a height of 2200mm.  The carriage is equipped with mechanical brake and a photoelectric sensor for detecting products.
