Line Model PPQ CA

Description

The Line Model PPQ CA is an automatic loading pressing line designed for the production of 2-layer and 3-layer parquet. The parquet press line can be configured for cold or hot pressing and combines loading, gluing, composition, pressing, quality control, and unloading within the production line.

The standard Line Model PPQ CA includes a loading suction cup bridge followed by a motorized roller conveyor, gluing machine, and composition conveyor. The prepared material is then transferred through a continuous cycle press before proceeding through the output and quality control stages.

Dimensions and thrust for the Line Model PPQ CA can be customized according to the customer’s processing requirements. Customized PPQ pressing lines can also be configured according to the characteristics of specific parquet products.
