The Airtec CA Membrane Press is a high-production vacuum membrane press designed for the application of 3D thermoforming films and one-sided veneer to shaped panels and furniture components. Combining heat, air pressure, and vacuum technology with automatic tray loading, the Airtec CA is engineered for manufacturers requiring efficient, repeatable production of high-quality thermoformed and veneered products.

Designed for complex three-dimensional surfaces, the Airtec CA Membrane Press can apply PVC, PPE, ABS, and other thermoforming films with or without a membrane, depending on the application. For veneer processing, the membrane is used to ensure consistent adhesion across shaped surfaces. A quick-release membrane system simplifies setup and allows operators to efficiently transition between different production environments.

Unlike manually loaded Airtec models, the Airtec CA Membrane Press features automatic loading from the narrow side and is available with one, two, or three trays. This configuration makes the machine particularly well suited for higher-volume manufacturing environments where increased automation and continuous production are important.

The Airtec CA Membrane Press combines high pneumatic thrust with a heavy-duty oxy-cut structure to process particularly complex surfaces.
