Industrial panel moulding Air Vacuum Forming Press FLEXA is designed to cover shaped panels with PVC for kitchen cabinetry doors. Its structure, built from profile-welded beams, withstands the high pressures required in this process. The top plates are resistance heated. The bottom mobile platen is precisely positioned by a rack system during press and release.

Air Vacuum Forming Presses can include extractable daylight trays (up to two) to ease manual loading and unloading. An O-ring silicon sealing wire ensures a tight seal between the fixed platen and tray.

Heating and pressurizing air is managed via an electric exchanger; the air heating circuit guarantees even surface heating for optimal results.

Air Vacuum Forming Presses operate using a standard facility air compressor. A high-power pump is included in the vacuum device for immediate air evacuation.
